Hair Complex by My Nutri Week is a scientifically developed nutrient concentrate designed to comprehensively strengthen hair from root to tip. The formula is based on the ‘gold standard’ amino acids — L-methionine and L-cysteine. These sulphur-containing compounds are the main building blocks of the hair shaft, responsible for forming strong disulphide bonds within the keratin structure. It is thanks to them that hair gains elasticity, becomes resistant to mechanical damage and loses its tendency to break.
In addition to amino acids, the complex contains a potent blend of B vitamins (B1, B5, B6, B7, B12) and minerals in highly bioavailable forms. Zinc, copper and selenium act as biochemical catalysts: they not only support hair follicle activity, but are also responsible for the richness of natural pigment and the protection of cells from premature ageing (oxidative stress). The product’s uniqueness is complemented by millet and wheat seed extracts (10:1), which are natural sources of phytosterols and silicon, creating the ideal environment for the growth of thick, healthy hair.
