Description
First, our artisans prepare a butter-chocolate cream, which is used to coat the sides of the cake and chilled. Half of the dessert is covered with chocolate velvet, while the other half is finished with mirror glaze. Finally, the cake is decorated with cream "baskets," kumquat, and sprinkled with sponge-honey crumble. The velvety taste of chocolate is beautifully complemented by the cocktail berry.
