Description
Preparation: 1kg of mixture, 3.3l of milk. Pour the mixture into the milk and beat with a mixer: first for about 15-30 seconds at low speed, then for 5-7 minutes at maximum speed until a thick cream forms. This makes about 43 servings (100g/serving).
