There is no fire without smoke! So we decided and created a hot sauce, for which we smoke a pepper cake on alder shavings, and then infuse it with wort. Therefore, our Zakopchenets comes out with both fire and smoke. No liquid smoke - only that which itself will pass from the smoked pepper to the sauce. The sauce goes well with all meat and anything barbecued to make it even tastier. However, the smoky aroma works wonders even with cottage cheese, so who knows what other combinations you will be able to discover!
