Description
During the 127 years since its foundation, the Makalenni company has produced only one TM TABASCO RED PEPPER SAUCE. In 1993, TM TABASCO JALAPENO SAUCE appeared, then garlic sauce and super spicy TM TABASCO HABANERO SAUCE. Chipotle sauce (TM TABASCO CHIPOTLE SAUCE) was produced in 2002 and became the fifth member of the TABASCO TM sauce family. The uniqueness of the new product lies in its taste: the sauce has a pronounced smoke flavor. The recipe was borrowed from the Mexican Indians - descendants of the ancient Aztecs, who smoked pods of red jalapeño pepper in the cold smoke of a pecan tree, which as a result acquired a dark red, almost brick color and an unusual aroma and taste.
