The mechanism of action of the complex is based on the ability of quercetin to stabilise smooth cell membranes, which contributes to a reduction in allergic reactions and suppression of excessive histamine release. The addition of bromelain, a natural enzyme from pineapple, significantly improves the bioavailability of quercetin and enhances the anti-inflammatory effect, supporting joint and respiratory health. In addition, the presence of citrus bioflavonoids, rutin and rose hips strengthens the capillary network and improves microcirculation, providing systemic protection for the cardiovascular system and connective tissues.
