Description
Zinka Camembert is a soft, fatty cheese made from goat's milk. The cheese has a color from white to light cream. Externally, Camembert is covered with a crust formed by the culture of Geotrichum candidum, on top of which grows a fluffy white mold Penicillium camemberti.
