KOMO Havarti is a new type of cheese, made according to a Danish recipe.

KOMO Havarti is a cheese with an expressive creamy taste and subtle sweet notes. Its taste is reminiscent of fresh butter. This cheese melts perfectly, which is why it is so delicious to add to a hot croissant as a filling.
And a special pleasure is to eat a piece of fresh creamy KOMO Havarti cheese with a latte, raf coffee or Americano.

Ingridients

Normalized cow's pasteurized milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, hardening agent calcium chloride, dye natural extract annatto, preservatives (potassium nitrate, natamycin), using fermenting preparations (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and milk-coagulating enzyme preparations of microbial origin (chymosin, protease).
