We craft KOMO "Gollandiya" (Holland) cheese according to a classic recipe to bring you the beloved taste of Dutch cheese familiar since childhood.
With its firm yet highly elastic texture, KOMO "Gollandiya" slices and cubes easily. It is ideal for making sandwiches, tastes great in appetizers, rolls, and canapés, and elevates the flavor of fresh vegetable salads.

Ingridients

Pasteurized standardized cow's milk (whole cow's milk, skimmed cow's milk), table salt, firming agent calcium chloride, natural colorant annatto extract, preservative potassium nitrate, using starter cultures (mesophilic and thermophilic lactic acid bacteria) and a milk-clotting enzyme preparation of microbial origin (chymosin).
May contain traces of walnuts.
