Description

Paris Cow is a soft feta-type pickled cheese. It is made from fresh skimmed cow's milk. Nutritious, tasty, healthy (low cholesterol) product, Paris Cowberry adds a nice flavor to every dish. It can be used in salads and in some other recipes. The unique delicate creamy taste and smooth consistency favorably distinguish Paris Burenka from many pickled cheeses. It has a creamy structure and is really slightly salty. An excellent addition to salads, it can be spread on a sandwich or wrapped in pancakes.
