Recipe P512 complements the collection of artisanal chocolates of the factory "Mir" (Dnipro, Ukraine). It is made of branded cocoa mass containing a mixture of selected cocoa beans from Ecuador, Cameroon and Côte d'Ivoire.

Certain modes of roasting cocoa beans and then strict adherence to the proportions of beans from specific growth zones guarantee the fullest and richest cocoa flavour to the products. A specially selected recipe for conching the chocolate mass guarantees a harmonious and balanced flavour in the final product. Recipe P512 has a full, absolutely rich balanced chocolate flavour, with a cocoa bean at the heart of the flavour with a pleasantly intense character. It is easy to combine with a variety of flavours and ingredients.
