Filler "Baked milk" (26%): white sugar, drinking water, stabilizer modified corn starch, milk fat substitute, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidant (butylhydroxyanisole, butylhydroxytoluene), stabilizer carrageenan, edible table salt, acidity regulator lactic acid, flavorings ("Baked milk", "Ice cream", "Milk-vanilla"), dye titanium dioxide, preservative potassium sorbate.
Margarine for puff pastry: refined bleached deodorized vegetable oils and fats: sunflower oil, palm oil and its fractions in partially hydrogenated and natural form in variable proportions, prepared water, emulsifiers (distilled monoglyceride, polyglycerol ether), edible salt, sunflower lecithin, preservative potassium sorbate, acidity regulator citric acid, flavoring "Butter", food coloring β-carotene.
Bakery improver "Croissant 9": premium wheat flour, wheat gluten, sugar, dry wheat sourdough, emulsifier: esters of glycerol, diacetyl tartaric and fatty acids, enzymes, flour improver ascorbic acid.
