Description

This rum was aged in the tropical climate of Barbados, a Caribbean island, in American oak barrels for 3-4 years, then in France for 1-2 years in Ferrand cognac barrels. The aroma transports you to a French bakery, where you can detect enticing hints of fresh pastries, toasted marshmallows, black raisins, and prunes. The taste is sweet, with a slight bitterness and notes of baked fruit. The finish is medium-long with notes of chocolate.
