Description

The production of this exceptional rum begins on the Fiji Islands, located in the southwestern part of the Pacific Ocean. Initially, the rum is crafted using traditional local methods and aged in a tropical climate in bourbon casks, before traveling to the southwest of France for secondary maturation in Ferrand cognac casks. The bouquet features notes of molasses, pear, varnish, apples, bananas, gooseberries, nutmeg, vanilla, and smoke. On the palate, it is round, with notes of vanilla, hazelnut, honey, ginger, prunes, and coconut. The finish is lingering, with notes of dried banana and bourbon.
