Description

Original Dark - conveys the rich and intense style of Jamaican (10-15 years old) and Barbados (1-3 years old) rums, the blend is aged for 3 to 6 months in the southwest of France in cognac barrels. The aroma reveals notes of plums, bananas and vanilla, seasoned with hints of cinnamon, cloves and smoke. The taste is sweetish, piquant with notes of white raisins, dried pineapples and spices. The aftertaste is quite persistent and harmonious. The taste is best in its pure form, as a base for cocktails or in cooking.
