Tufoco rice paper is a classic base for making Vietnamese spring rolls (gỏi cuốn) and other light snacks. The round sheets, 22 cm in diameter, soften quickly in water, becoming pliable and easy to wrap around the filling. Suitable for both fresh rolls and frying (if desired, for a crispier texture).
