5% acetic acid, a product of natural fermentation, 1/3 wine, 2/3 spirit vinegar (brandy). Ideal for making salads, marinating meat or vegetables and as a condiment for dishes. The natural fermentation process gives the vinegar a delicate aroma and flavour.
