Description
6% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation. It made from original Italian white wine. Gives a special flavor to the fresh vegetable salads: from cabbage (white cabbage, cauliflower), chicory, fennel, tomatoes, watercress, etc. Remarkably improves taste of the delicate sauces. Suitable for marinating meat (especially white) and fish, the component that seamlessly completes the taste of Italian dishes. Opacity and sediment do not reduce the quality of the product.
