Description
5% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation. The original Italian vinegar made from grape juice and white wine. The white balsamic vinegar has fruity and mild flavor of the original Italian vinegar, made from grape. It is ideal for preparing green salads and for adding the final touch to light sauces, meat and fish. Opacity and sediment do not reduce the quality of the product.
