Description
Our extra mild walnut vinegar is made from white wine vinegar with grape must concentrate and refined with the full flavour of fine walnuts. Its delicious nutty flavour is perfect for refining fresh fruit and leaf salads as well as sauces an soups.
5% acidity, obtained by biological fermentation.
