Hair, Skin & Nails Multi-Vitamin from Nature's Way (Alive! line) is a premium nutraceutical complex designed to deeply nourish and restore natural beauty from within. The product's effectiveness is based on the synergy of high-concentration biotin, hydrolysed type I collagen and hyaluronic acid. The addition of natural silica from horsetail extract stimulates the synthesis of keratin, making hair shiny and nails resistant to splitting. Usage: Adults are recommended to take 2 gel capsules per day. It is best to take the supplement with food for optimal absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K). Capsules should be swallowed whole, without chewing.
