Shabo Lux de Charente. An exclusive product from SHABO – a drink that has no analogues in Ukraine.
The history of this product has French roots and dates back to the 16th century. Shabo de Charente cannot be called either wine or cognac. It is a unique combination of grape must and cognac spirit, both originating from the same region.
Shabo Lux de Charente is made entirely from grapes grown in the Shabo terroir. It contains unfermented Riesling grape must and proprietary cognac spirits aged in oak for up to 3 years. The blend is made taking into account the strength and sugar content of the finished product. The sweetness of Chabo de Charente is natural, as unfermented must is used. After blending, Chabo Lux de Charente is aged in oak barrels for at least 1 month. The barrels are French, made from Limousin and American oak.
Aging is carried out in order for the product to acquire a special balance of bouquet in aroma and taste and gain a unique character. It is served as a digestif at a temperature of +8/+10 degrees in tulip glasses.
