Metro Chef Manitoba Flour 5kg

Manitoba flour with the W 380-400 mark is a very strong flour with high hygroscopicity. It makes a dough of good consistency with high elasticity, which is suitable for making bread. 
Method: mix 1 kg of Manitoba flour with 600-700 ml of warm water, add 40 g of yeast and 20 g of salt. Cover and allow to rest for 30 minutes, then shape the dough.
