It is made by macerating whole yuzu citrus fruits in brandy for a week, then the infusion is distilled and matured with a mixture of fruits and spices. With an extra shot of brandy added before bottling, this aromatic liqueur offers rich, rounded notes of candied citrus, almond, plum, toffee and nutmeg. The taste is warm, sweet, with fruity motifs.
