Rice whose grains have an amber-yellow hue. A special technology for the production of this rice is when paddy rice is soaked in water and then treated with hot steam under pressure. Then the grains are dried and polished like regular rice. After processing, the grains acquire their unusual appearance. During processing, 80% of the vitamins and minerals contained in the bran shell are transferred to the grain of rice. When cooked, the amber-yellow hue disappears, the rice becomes snow-white, crumbly and very tasty.
