Description
Salchichon is a Spanish sausage made from Iberian pig meat. It has a unique taste that lovers of interesting cuisine will appreciate. It is distinguished from chorizo by the composition of spices: a lot of black pepper and coriander are added to the minced meat of these sausages, but paprika and garlic are not added.
