The book by the journalist, TV presenter, doctor of historical sciences is the next part of the tutorial for politicians, journalists, political scientists and amateurs on writing, correspondence and improvement of the Constitution of Ukraine. On the pages of this book the author tries to form a coherent, consistent, clear idea of the phenomenon of the Ukrainian hetman state of 1918. In his opinion, many publicists and historians, who researched this subject, despite their long and persistent efforts, lack objectivity. He could not resist the temptation to formulate his own version of the answer to the question: how did its founder, Pavlo Skoropadsky, see this Ukrainian state? What was the political form and content of this state? And why did it die, according to the author, "the only state formation on the territory of modern Ukraine that was conceived by its founders and builders as a legal and democratic state"?
