Description

Our signature and one of your favorite rye-wheat breads. It combines second-grade wheat flour with wholemeal rye flour, making it not only uniquely delicious but also very nutritious. The live rye sourdough helps unlock all the benefits of the flour blend, enhances the gentle rye-wheat aroma, and gives the crumb a light, airy texture. The brick shape of this bread is intentional: baking in a mold creates a thin, golden crust. This is the true “Rumianyi” Bread from TM Rumianets. We recommend enjoying Rumianyi Bread alongside authentic Rivne-style matsik for a perfect pairing.
