Description

Bread made from rye-wheat flour with the addition of a grain mixture, quick-frozen.

Surface - studded with flour and pumpkin seeds, small cracks and undercuts, slight wrinkling allowed,
shape - oblong-oval,
colour - light brown,
flavour and smell - typical of the baked products and added raw materials, without any off-taste or odour.

The crumb is unbaked, without any traces of unmixed, not damp to the touch, with well-developed porosity.

Ingridients

Drinking water, first grade wheat flour, first grade wheat flour, baking grain mixture (sunflower seed kernels, soybean grits, extruded wheat flour, flax seeds, Wheat gluten, wheat bran, Rogencolor dry mix (fried rye flour, roasted malt wheat flour, natural sugar coloring III), pumpkin seed kernels, Rye flour, sunflower kernels, pressed baking yeast, sugar, table salt, wheat gluten, natural leaven for bread (natural leaven with toasted rye flour, preservative acetic acid), flour treatment agent - baking improver (wheat flour, malt flour, wheat gluten, emulsifiers: Glycerine, diacetylcholine and fatty acid esters, rape lecithin, guar gum stabiliser, carboxymethyl cellulose thickener, sugar, calcium phosphate leavening agent, ascorbic acid antioxidant, enzymes). Sprinkles: pumpkin seed kernels.
