First grade wheat flour (69.4%), drinking water, baker’s yeast, table salt, flour improver (wheat flour, emulsifier: glycerol esters of diacetyl tartaric acid and fatty acids, flour improver (L-cysteine, ascorbic acid, enzymes), flour and bread improver (wheat flour, anti-caking agent calcium carbonate, emulsifier sodium lactylate, oxidising agent ascorbic acid, enzyme complex).
