Description

A soft gourmet cheese with veins of blue mold. Was recognized as the best cheese with mold in 2016.
The ripening process takes place in a black waxy casing, which gives the cheese a particularly rich brackish-spicy flavor and bright aroma. Great with whole grain bread or galette cookies, good served with grapes, walnuts and almonds.
