Processing technique: Washed 
Flavour: citrus acidity, chocolate and hazelnut sweetness, honey, caramel. 
Method of preparation: Open the bag, tear off the ribbon from the paper drip and set it on a cup. Pour a small amount of filtered water heated to 91-95°C to moisten the entire coffee. Slowly pour the entire filter over the water and allow it to run off. Repeat this procedure twice more and you will have about 180 ml of coffee. Once the water has completely flowed through, remove the drip pack from the cup and you can already enjoy your delicious filter coffee.
