Over 100 years ago, the farmers of Vipiteno had an innovative idea: to collect milk from surrounding farms, process it, and bring it to market. The journey was long and full of challenges, but thanks to their dedication, the farmers of Vipiteno were able to establish the Vipiteno Dairy Cooperative. This gave birth to the idea of creating a market based on products derived from our white gold: milk. Over the years, the products, employees, and techniques have changed, but the core idea has always remained the same: through teamwork, it is possible to achieve goals that would otherwise be impossible for an individual.

Plain yogurt with live lactic acid starters, prepared with honey and lemon balm (sugar, honey 3% of the total amount, lemon balm extract 0.15% of the total amount, modified corn starch, flavoring). Does not contain gluten. Contains allergens (milk and milk products (including lactose)).
