An excellent way to pamper yourself is to taste the coolness of a light taste of the strawberry yogurt under the delicate crispy glazing accentuated by the seven cereals. This combination was embodied in the Try Vedmedi ice cream with the flavor “Strawberry yogurt and cereals”.
Ingridients
Ice cream, fat content – 10.0 %: reconstituted skimmed milk, sugar, milk fat replacer (vegetable fats and oils refined deodorized: palm oil and it’s fractions in partly hydrogenated and natural forms, sunflower oil), skimmed milk powder, water, starch syrup, «Strawberry» base – 1.5 % (strawberry puree – 83.0 %, water, flavouring, antioxidant ascorbic acid), emulsifier-stabiliser (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, locust bean gum, guar gum), yoghurt flavouring – 0.18 %, colour betanin, acidity regulator citric acid;
white confectionery glaze with yoghurt flavour – 20.0 %: coconut oil, sugar, skimmed milk powder, whey milk powder, emulsifier soya lecithin, yoghurt flavouring, salt, vanillin flavouring;
«Cereals» filling – 8.5 %: sugar, apple puree, glucose-fructose syrup, water, mix «7 cereals» – 15.0 % (flakes of wheat – 20.0 %, rye – 20.0 %, rice – 20.0 %, oat – 20.0 %, barley – 10.0 %, corn – 5.0 %, millet – 5.0 %), flaxseed – 6.7 %, stabilisers (modified corn starch, carrageenan), flavourings, acidity regulator citric acid.
