Zenalco Sharon Persimmon in Basket

Sharon is a hybrid of apple and Japanese persimmon. It is very tasty and less sticky. Sharon has thin, shiny skin and no seeds. It differs from other types of persimmons in its firmer flesh, which it "got" from apples. Its taste is reminiscent of apricot, quince, and apple.
