Description

The gin's botanicals include twenty plants, but one stands out above the rest: the hand-grown, organic gherkin. In the kaleidoscope of shades, there are beautiful notes of juniper, crispy cucumbers, lemon, green cream, dill and fennel seeds. Juniper is present in the middle and at the end, along with a grassy note. On the finish, lemon zest with thyme, tarragon and cucumber. The taste is fresh, crispy, with good balance.
