Description
Strawberry
is the queen of jams. Ours are grown locally, in the Vaucluse. Picked at the
height of the season when fully ripe, they faithfully deliver their wonderful
aromas.
Cooked in a cauldron, this jam is prepared with carefully selected fruits and French sugar.
We do not add any preservatives or artificial colourings to our jams. They are prepared following traditional recipes, to preserve the aromas, flavours and texture of the fruit.
