Description
Thin, airy, with a characteristic crunch on the very first bite. The chanterelles in sour cream flavor here is not sharp: the mushrooms are distinctly felt, and the sour-cream note makes it soft and homely warm, closer to a mushroom gravy than to an ordinary chip seasoning. The bag is small, 50 grams, exactly enough to snack and not overeat.
The base of the chips is unpolished rice grain (86% of the composition). It is not fried in a deep fryer: the grain is prepared by the puffing principle, so the result is chips lighter than classic potato ones and without palm oil. Unpolished rice gives more fiber, and the portion comes out crunchy but not heavy.
Take it to work, toss it into a bag for the road, or open the bag during a series in the evening. Keep in mind: the chips have a pronounced saltiness, so this is more of a tasty snack for the mood than an "everyday health food": in moderation is always better.
