The sugar cane for this rum is harvested by hand; only the lower part of the stem, which contains the most sugar, is used for production. Rum is aged in oak barrels for at least 5 years. The aroma reveals notes of coconut, spices, vanilla and delicate shades of wood. The taste is soft, somewhat sweet, with harmonious shades.
