The wine is aged for 8 months in oak barrels and 4 months in the bottle. The intense aroma of the wine gives shades of ripe cherries accompanied by subtle motifs of blueberry jam. The taste is rich, soft, with sweet tannins that accompany the depth and piquancy characteristic of the grape variety and the soils in which it is born.
