Balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP Casa Rinaldi, aged 30 days, produced from the best grapes of the province of Modena. The product has a delicate sweet and sour taste, with a slight woody tinge, brown color and a unique refined aroma. This balsamic vinegar can be used in various dishes and sauces instead of wine, for pickling and preserving food, and also simply as a dressing for salads of fresh vegetables and herbs. The acidity of the product is 6%. The vinegar is slightly thicker and sweeter than usual.
