Matzo Sante is a traditional low-fat crispy bread. It does not contain acid produced during fermentation, which makes matzah very easy to digest. This is a completely natural product, without preservatives or flavor enhancers. Thanks to whole grain rye flour, matzo becomes even tastier! Matzo has been produced in the Radom factory since 1974 using a traditional cast iron oven. The dough is placed on cast iron plates, then baked at high temperature. Due to this, it grows and stratifies. In addition, the dough is fried over live fire. Only matzo made in this way can be called truly traditional. Matzo Sante is a delicious snack and an alternative to regular bread. It can be eaten with hummus, cheese, cold cuts and vegetables.
