Fry sliced potatoes until soft in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally. At the end of frying, add the seasoning and fry for a few more minutes on a very low heat. Before serving, salt the finished dish to taste. Another method of application - before serving, sprinkle with seasoning boiled potatoes, potato pancakes, potatoes fried in foil.
