Whiskey distilled between 2001 and 2003 and aged in sherry casks for 16-18 years. The bouquet opens with notes of grapefruit, brown sugar, charcoal smoke with baked lemons, over time notes of juicy tropical fruits appear. The palate reveals notes of chocolate, citrus, sea salt, papaya and kiwi. The finish is dry, grassy with waves of warm smoke from the oven.
