Aged in bourbon casks and red Tawny Port casks. The bouquet presents shades of dark fruits, candied Morello, stewed plums and chocolate mousse. The palate is sweet and buttery with layers of cooked blackberry berries, blackcurrant jam, molasses toffee and Morello cherries transitioning into plum crumble and cedar spice. The aftertaste is warming, with notes of walnut, syrup and biscuit "Victoria".
