The whiskey is aged for 12 years in oak casks, the last year of which is finished in a 30-year-old oloroso sherry cask from Bodega Harvey. The aroma overflows with distinct notes of bourbon, floral honey and orange blossom. The taste is soft, with notes of toasted nuts, fruit cake, raisins. The aftertaste is juicy, with notes of apricots.
