A collection of natural, high-quality dry and natural-semisweet wines, which embodies the identity of the Chabot terroir. We believe that wine is culture. The symbols on the labels of the SHABO Original Collection are elements of our Wine Culture Center. They tell the story of the Swiss settlers who founded the village of Chabot back in 1822. This land has been our inspiration and passion for 200 years, and it is this feeling that we put into every bottle of the SHABO Original Collection. 

The wines are created exclusively from Chabot's own terroir grapes. The vines were purchased in Europe, taking into account the peculiarities of soils of Chabot and planted in the best plots for them. Also in this collection, there is a wine made from the pearl of the terroir, the calling card of Ukraine, the autochthonous variety Telti-Kuruk. There is no such rootstock variety anywhere else in the world. Each position of the Original Collection wine is allocated its own terroir area under its own number, which together with its geographic coordinates is indicated on the bottle counter label.
