The technological process presupposes that prior to flattening the initial raw materials should be exposed to hydrothermal treatment. It means that the grains are influenced by moisture and warmth in the form of saturated steam fanned under pressure. As a result of such influence the look of the product, its flavour and edibility characteristics are greatly improved, assimilability and nutritive value increase.
