The mixture of Wild and Parboiled rice (steamed) is an ideal combination of the exoticism of wild and the benefits of steamed rice, which has preserved up to 80% of substances important for health. Thin and long grains of wild rice are combined with amber-yellow translucent grains of parboiled rice. Thus, the vitamin composition of the mixture becomes more diverse. Wild rice has a unique sweet-exotic taste with a delicate nutty aroma. In terms of nutritional value, wild rice leads by far among other cereals: it contains a significant amount of protein, minerals (magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese), B vitamins and is especially valued for its folic acid content.
