Soft cheese "Mozzarella" TM "Yagotynske" is a natural dairy product made according to a traditional recipe on modern equipment of the Italian company "COMAT UNICA A".

"Mozzarella" is made from cow's milk with the addition of table salt, bacterial cultures of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria, thermophilic streptococci and Bulgarian bacillus, as well as a milk-coagulant enzyme preparation of microbial origin, thanks to which the product can be consumed by vegetarians. The composition of the brine includes drinking water, table salt and citric acid.
